・Imposition layout: Single-up, multi-up, or shared-cut layouts affect the die tooling cost, paper waste, and run stability

・Crease lines: For folding boxes, clearly label the creases, reverse creases, and fold directions. Placing crease lines too close to artwork makes the graphics look misaligned

・Hole positions: Specify the diameter, center point, and distance from the edge for hangtag holes, peg hooks, round holes, and slot holes

・Assembly method: Snap locks, glued seams, hand folding, or display card angles all change dieline design and manual labor time
